Why spend money for a gym membership when you know how to run, lift or do push-ups? Why not try our KravFit program as your alternative to boring gym sessions! You will get a great workout and learn to defend yourself at the same time!

Our KravFit course is our version of a cardio-kickboxing fitness class! Each session you will burn on average 800-1000 calories during this 45 minute intensive session taught by USKMA Instructor Courtney Strain.

This course is for women only and will feature many of the same drills/techniques as our regular Krav Maga course, however more emphasis is on the cardio/fitness aspect of training!

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:15p-7p
